Culture Coordinator

Department: Learning & Development
Location: Allen, TX

Job Function Summary:

Provides administrative and project management support to the Culture Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for matters pertaining to systems used by the Culture department.  Provides processing support for culture initiatives as well as logistics support for both small and large corporate culture events.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the UNIFY life email inbox by responding, forwarding, resolving, and following up on requests from other UNIFERs.
  • Organizes and maintains culture event photos and videos provided by team members and/or taken by the Culture team.
  • Partners with Communications department and the Culture Manager to execute on communication plans that raise awareness and communicate information to UNIFY team members on cultural events and programs.
  • Participates in scheduling, planning and execution of all culture events, under the direction of the Culture Manager. Includes vendor and menu selection as well as logistics for events such as team celebrations, thank you lunches, annual all employee meetings, etc.
  • Provides support to the Culture Project Teams including but not limited to scheduling meetings, updating project management tools and resources, and documenting processes and procedures.
  • Maintains SWAG inventory and eStore.
  • Responsible for administration of any systems used by the Culture department such as SharePoint, Temenos Case Management System, Recognition/Reward System, Volunteer System, Survey Monkey, etc.
  • Gathers, creates and/or leverages data on various organizational metrics such as employee turnover, exit reasons, engagement scores, service levels, voice of team, team member satisfaction surveys, etc., and provides reports to Culture Manager and UNIFY leadership.
  • Works on a variety of projects as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience in an Human Resources or Event Planning related job function.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent report creation skills; ability to quickly aggregate data and accurately report information.
  • Ability to take direction and demonstrate ownership of projects, following through independently to completion.
  • High level of computer proficiency with Internet, Intranet (SharePoint preferred), MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bonus if have experience with recognition/reward software programs and Gallup Q12 engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10 – 15%
